CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin (No DAC) is a co-lyophilized blend of two synthetic peptides that act as a dual growth-hormone secretagogue system. CJC-1295 (no DAC) is a modified GRF(1-29), a growth-hormone-releasing-hormone (GHRH) analog that binds the GHRH receptor on pituitary somatotrophs, while Ipamorelin is a selective growth-hormone-releasing peptide (GHRP) that binds the ghrelin receptor (GHS-R1a).
